Pless-Haire Insurance made its debut in Mooresville, NC in 1933 as the Harris Agency. After returning from his service in the Air Corp during World War II, Clement E. ("Wig") Pless Sr. bought the agency in 1946.

Robert W. "Chick" Pless has resided in Mooresville his entire life. He joined the team in 1972.

Clement E. "Chuck" Pless Jr., also a native of Mooresville, has been with the company since 1974.

Beverly Hildebran, who has lived in Mooresville and Sherrill's Ford, NC joined the agency in 1990.

Leslie Pless is the newest addition to our staff. The daughter or Chick Pless, she began working at the agency in 2006.
